Occupational Therapy sessions (in person or online):

Our initial assessment process consists of six weekly one-hour occupational therapy sessions, included within our standard fee.

 

As a specialist outdoor and animal-assisted occupational therapy service, we use a long-term, intervention-focused approach where assessment is integrated alongside therapy. This allows us to develop a holistic understanding of an individual’s strengths, needs, sensory experiences, and participation, while identifying strategies to support meaningful progress.

A written summary of findings and recommendations is provided at the end of the assessment period. Additional specialist assessments or formal reports, including EHCP reports, can be completed where required and are charged separately at the standard hourly rate.

Therapeutic Groups (in person or online):

Booking structure:

​

• Sessions are typically booked in blocks and paid ahead of the first session.

• Initial trial sessions are available on an ad hoc basis to assess needs and suitability.

Funded sessions:

​

In addition to our self-funding pathway, sessions may be funded through direct payments, EHCPs, EOTAS, Access to Work, or other funding pathways. Fees are quoted individually, as they vary depending on the level of reporting, liaison, and administrative support required. Please contact us for further details.

Additional administration & reports:

Any additional administration will be charged at £95 per hour.
