Alternative Provision
Our alternative provision supports children and young people in Cornwall & Devon who are not currently attending mainstream education or are on a reduced timetable, through both 1:1 sessions and small group sessions.

Funding options including self-funding, direct payments, EHCPs, EOTAS, or Section 19 (S19) support (by arrangement with the local authority or school).​

What we offer
Our alternative provision offers a therapeutic environment rooted in nature. Facilitated by specialist occupational therapists and therapy assistants, our programmes support children and young people who may struggle in traditional learning settings, providing a nurturing space for individuals to thrive.

Through a combination of equine-assisted and nature-based activities, we focus on building confidence, supporting emotional regulation, and developing independence and life skills.
​
Sessions are tailored to each individual’s needs and may include horse care, mindfulness, gardening, creative activities, and practical life skills.

Through structured, meaningful activity, we support the development of emotional regulation, executive functioning, confidence and functional life skills. Our focus is on increasing participation and enabling children and young people to access support in a way that meets their individual needs.
Community-Based Provision in Cornwall & Devon
We deliver community-based programmes across Cornwall and South Devon, making use of beaches, woodlands and other outdoor spaces.

Sessions are designed to support regulation, reduce anxiety, build confidence and self-esteem, and develop life skills. Through meaningful, hands-on experiences in real-world environments, we help young people increase participation and feel able to engage with learning in ways that feel safe and achievable for them.
