We offer specialist occupational therapy support and coaching for adults experiencing challenges with mental health, emotional wellbeing, neurodiversity, and everyday life.

Our approach is gentle, holistic, and person-centred, supporting individuals to feel more grounded, confident, and able to navigate day-to-day life in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.

We also work closely with families and other professionals where helpful, to ensure support feels consistent, supportive, and embedded in daily life.

Workplace Support

Our occupational therapy approach can help individuals explore their workplace needs, identify potential barriers, recognise their strengths and consider strategies and adjustments that support their preferred ways of working.

Our aim is to create a supportive, non-judgemental space where adults feel understood, valued and empowered to find approaches that work for them.

We support adults who are accessing, or considering applying for, the government's Access to Work scheme. This scheme may provide practical support to help people with a disability or health condition manage barriers in the workplace and participate in employment.
