Neuroaffirming, Occupational Therapy-informed coaching to help you work with your brain, not against it.

We offer personalised ADHD coaching for adults, available online and in person across Mid Cornwall. Our approach recognises that there is no one-size-fits-all way to think, organise, communicate or manage everyday life.

Whether you have a formal ADHD diagnosis, are exploring your neurodivergence or simply want support with the demands of work and daily life, we offer a collaborative, strengths-based space to understand your needs, build on what works for you and explore strategies that feel realistic and sustainable.

How can ADHD coaching help?

ADHD can influence many aspects of everyday life, including planning, organisation, time management, motivation, attention, emotional regulation and managing competing demands. These experiences can vary from person to person and are often influenced by the environment and expectations around us.

Our OT-informed coaching focuses on understanding your individual strengths, needs and priorities, helping you find approaches that work for you rather than trying to fit you into a particular way of doing things.y everyone. Our aim is not to change who you are or expect you to work in the same way as everyone else. Instead, we work alongside you to understand your needs, build on your strengths and find approaches that support your wellbeing, goals and preferred ways of working.

Sessions are available online or in person across Mid Cornwall, depending on your preferences and practical needs.
